Help!!! This one haven’t grow in a year and few months and I even repot it. What did I do wrong?

What helps me understand a plant is making a basic spread sheet of what plants you have and what basic care they need like lighting, watering, temps, soil, humidity, ect.
Best way to water is to bottom water for 15-30 mins or water through. Wait an 1+ hr for drainage and then water when dry for a day or two.
The reason I suggest a spread is because it helps you find out outliers in your plants and that helps you get better care for them. Fertilizer might also be a key to this as well more natural the fertilizer the better the outcome.
The only last thing could be lighting but through some research that could be figured out.
The problem is some plants grow in optimal conditions that simply don’t replicate themselves in day to day care.

I like this idea a lot! Thanks!

It’s really helpful for me to see what plants require special attention vs others that can handle a lot more neglect than special attention

What kind of plant is it?
Looks like there’s new growth coming from top of stem. That’s a good sign that it might like the repot. Maybe it’s dropping those damaged leaves to focus on gaining ground again.

I am not an expert but it doesn’t look like a Ficus lyrata to me. Check out Ficus benghalensis.

I’ve read that they can be particular. I’d read up or watch some YouTube about them. That’s probably your best bet for getting some ideas for making yours happy.
I believe yours has hope based on the new growth and the look of that trunk. I saw a little on YouTube last night from reallybigplant.

I have a fiddle leaf fig and it hasn’t done much in the few months I’ve had it. Recently repotted with a combination of quick drying cactus/succulent mix, regular porting mix, and Stout Ollie’s compost—truly magic. Top dressed with compost and water with fish emulsion. 20-20-20 fiddle lead fig fertilizer will be next. My water gauge shows my old soil was too wet and it looks like yours might be as well. I would cut off the dead leaf so the plant isn’t wasting energy. Everyone says to pick a spot for any fig and leave them there. Hopefully we will both have positive fig updates to post soon!
