Can anyone help me identify this plant. Everything I’m being told says corn plant but I’m just not sure. Any ideas are helpful, thank you!

Dracaena/corn plant. I have one and he is about to be homeless. The leaves are browning and I don’t know why.

Dracaena corn plant. I have one that looks exactly like it. Maybe change out the soil. It can be from over watering and give it a nice chunky soil (potting mix, perlite, orchid bark)

I just acquired it from Lowe’s and so far mine is doing very well. Thank you for the advice!

Yes dracaena corn plant. I have a few. Popular in ikea.

Another plant walking around town without an ID.  
Didn’t its parent plant tell it how important it is to have its ID always. 😂

All Just some plant happiness that I’m hoping takes root. 🤣

Corn plant! I also did some research, and I now know that stripping off the leaves about one inch from the soil promotes growth! I’ve done that to mine, and she’s turned out quite nicely!

And, you just kinda rip them off like a husk of corn! Hints at corn plant doesn’t it 😂

Thank you so much for this hack! I am going to try it! Mines doing very well now but definitely slowed in growth I’ve noticed.
