Hey! I do not have green thumb and trying to keep my indoor plants alive. What does it mean when the leaves on my spider plant look like this? And what should I do?

all the yellow looks like it’s overwatered. heavily. repot it

I guess there’s also the chance that it is rootbound and can’t get enough water. They have some big juicy roots.
