# I need assurance and tips! This girl has had a rough start and now…

_Posted by Yaneth on 2023-07-11_

I need assurance and tips! This girl has had a rough start and now finally flourishing with new babies. Not sure if she just leaned over (being she’s just mainly giving new growths from one stem) or my dog bumped her but she was side ways so I added some support. How do I know she’s not snapped under the soil or do I need to do anything else to help?

Mine got droopy soon after I brought her home. I water based on the schedule and I have her in a west facing window. I also feed her 20/20/20 mix every week and that helped a ton!

These are climbers. They will need a moss poll for support.

These plants trail if they’re not given a moss pole or some kind of support. That could have been what was starting to happen when it was sideways. If you want, you could check the roots, but it’s probably not necessary. 😊

Also try rotating her if you’re not already :)

I rotate mine and give them a thick pole. You can tie them to the pole and make them fill in
