Well what have you been doing for these two I’m assuming a ponytail palm and idk the one on the right I just know some succulents do death blooms so I’m not certain. Try using google or Planta scanner to id them.

Thank you for replying Zan, the ponytail palm i’had that for a couple years and suddenly started to die, i water the plant once every two weeks with one fourth cup of water. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Succulents don’t require much other then some water when squishy and lots of sun. And hmmm 🤔 maybe needs some fertilizer that might help I can’t exactly pin what the problem is but could be lighting to little or to much seems like it’s dying itself off to preserve energy so I’m gonna go out and say it’s a fertilizer problem.

The one on the left is def a ponytail palm and the right is some variety of Echeveria. I’d check for pests first— fungus gnats killed my old ponytail palm. You’ll also probably want to quit watering the Echeveria for a bit—succulents hold water in their leaves so they don’t need to be watered as much. Let the soil dry out a bit before watering again. I hope this helps!!!
