Hey, I need some advice!

I recently took clippings of my Dischidia oiantha and it’s suddenly had some vines go brown/white and shrivel up. I’m freaked out that I killed it especially since it’s a rare and special plant to me. Any advice? This is what the plant is looking like right now:

Just looks like it had too much water. Put it outside and wait a day or till the terracotta absorbs it so it doesn’t continue to rot
