# Hey all, I need some advice. I’m traveling from Oklahoma to New York…

Hey all, I need some advice. I’m traveling from Oklahoma to New York and I have three plants I want to keep. But I don’t want them to cook in the car and don’t really know the best way to transport them. Tips?

When I moved I placed them in the back of my car, throughly watered and covered them in Burlap bags(tied around the pot), then bungeed the pots to the side of the back luggage area so they wouldn’t bounce around. I took them inside wherever I was staying when I stopped. They made it fine.

Depending on the size, you may be able to have a plastic cooler to put them in. (Without Ice)

If you put cling film over the soil it won’t spill
