My cuddly cactuses used to be thick and solid to the touch. Now they feel soft and are a bit wrinkled. Overwatering? Underwatering?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated! I love these guys and hope they are OK. 🥺

Do you dump out the water from the pot below?:) I think it’s overwatered, I have had a plant do that

Oh, I have to admit that I don't always empty out the excess water. 😬 I will make sure to always do that now. Thanks!
