# This is my oldest plant Ally. She is what really sparked whole plant…

This is my oldest plant Ally. She is what really sparked whole plant obsession. I’ve had her even before I had enough money to support my plant problem. Through thick and thin she has stayed strong and has held on . To be honest I have no clue what kind of plant she actually is, besides just assuming that’s she’s a some strand of Aloe Vera. What’s your oldest plant?

I love Christmas cactus! I tried propagating one a few years back , but it didn’t work out quite so well 🤣

My oldest plant is a spider plant that my husband and I had in our first apartment together 28 years ago! I planted a little baby spider plant for my daughter’s first apartment 2 years ago so it continues to grow through the generations.

Wow 28 years! That’s insane! I love that so much! Hopefully the spider plant lives to see that long as well!
