Hi my name is Jeaniene and I’m new to this group.  
I live in Texas near Dallas, what are the best blooming Perennials to plant that Would do well in pots?

I don’t live in Texas but I have lots Baltimore Hibiscus and it is supposed to do well in Texas. It looks beautiful in pots.
