Hello! I’m trying to figure out what this little thing is on my Lily, I haven’t had any flowers on it and it doesn’t quite look like a bud, does anyone recognize what it may be?

Maybe a malformed flower bud? It kinda looks similar to the inside of a flower 🤷‍♀️
