I have a decent size mint plant and I don’t know what to do with the leaves! Anybody have recipes/recommendations?! I love trying new things and I don’t want my mint plant to go to waste!!

If you like \& make iced tea, throw in a handful of the mint leaves while the tea is brewing to make mint tea. Especially delicious during summer heat.

Try making zoug sauce or a variation on chimichuri using mint.
Or make a Phó dish with all the fresh mint and lettuce they fill the plates with to add to your whatever and sauce.

A simple summer treat we do almost weekly is cubed watermelon with torn mint leaves.
