It looks like he’s getting to much sun to me

I just looked up some photos of damage on this plant and it actually looks like these spots could indicate too much dryness. Sunburn would be located in a specific area and not sprinkled throughout the plant. Check your humidity levels in your home. These plants are high humidity plants. So 60% or more would be ideal.
