# hey y’all! im going out of town for the 4th of july for about a week…

hey y’all!  
im going out of town for the 4th of july for about a week and im super worried about some of my plants. (currently trying to find someone to come in and plant sit but probably not going to happen) any suggestions/ideas? (preferably one that doesn’t involve me buying a bunch of self watering timers :)\]

First I would line them all up. Then I would go through them 1 by 1 and saying your goodbyes to each of them

Your plants will be fine for one week, especially if they have recently been watered.

Water them really well right before you leave. They'll be thirsty when you get back, but totally fine. 😊

Google “shoelace in plant” and follow the steps . It has worked for me . 🪴

I think 1 week should be totally ok for any house plants. If you are growing food…you can expect most of them to be dead 🫠
