# Not doing great. I bought some peat moss- no fertilizer or anything.…

Not doing great. I bought some peat moss- no fertilizer or anything. Just peat moss. I have it in a plastic bug box, because it is all that is available at this point. We are planning to get a grow light, though we have a normal lamp on it most of the day, it’s not substantial. Please tell me what I am doing wrong, because I have no clue. It’s super droopy and is turning brown at the base and working it’s way up. Looks thin and crispy too. The plants on the sides are Venus Flytraps, and the one in the middle is a Sarracenia. If I’m being honest- I’m hoping that the tag was wrong and it is a nepenthes and that’s why it’s hanging so low.

Okay, I’ll look for a good grow light, as my cats will be all over it in any other area.

I get my grow lights on Amazon. They’re quite affordable and they make all the difference for the plants in the low-light areas of my home. Keep us posted! 💚
