Does anyone know a good place to buy plants that are not super expensive? Any place I look everything is a lot of money and the shipping is crazy!

Etsy is great, usually healthy and are also usually starter plants so you have that controlled environment plus!

US cities often have plant swaps. You can check your area for those too!

I always check out the plants at Aldi (who would think?). I picked up my fiddle leaf fig there about 18 months ago when it was less than 2 feet. Now it is almost 5 ft tall!
