Looks like it could use more water, and probably more light. Dieffenbachias’ leaves usually stand taller when they’re healthier

Okay, how often should i water it? And do i cut off dying leaves?

Once a leaf is yellowed, it won’t return, so it can be cut off. If the soil is dry, she’s definitely thirsty. Also, it seems like just from this photo that there is not enough light. Do you have any south or west facing windows?

I take all my plants outside everyday they come into my room for the night but i have the windows open a lot.

Had to google this plant. It’s a tropical plants so it thrive best near a shade or partially sunlight and it need to be water every 7 days or dry from the top 2in soil. If is still moist after 7days just wait it out few more days. But if you’re already following these steps then it needs more water. By the look of the pot it has a lot of soil. Rule of thumb: More soil (large pot) more water, less soil (small/med pot) less water.

Honestly my dieffenbachia tends to grow lots of new leaves but let old ones die off, as long as you keep it in a decently bright space and make sure to clip off any dead leaves it should be okay!
