# So 2 questions. I have seen a lot of people say it’s best to pick…

So 2 questions. I have seen a lot of people say it’s best to pick cucumbers right before they ripen to keep production, but question is for me is how do I know when they are at the stage where I can pick them just before they start to ripen?

And I have better boy tomatoes growing with a couple of them being just under a foot but having flowers on them, should I prune the flowers?
