# Has anyone every tried or had any success putting peperomia plants…

Has anyone every tried or had any success putting peperomia plants into Pon?
I just attempted this with one that was not thriving (but stable) and doesn’t look like its going to make it.
I know Anthuriums and Alocasias do well in Pon, and have even heard that Calatheas do well (trying this too but jury still out). Even heard some Ferns like semi-hydro. But can’t find any intel on Peperomias in Pon.

I’m curious. Def don’t think it’d work in leca, having those spindly roots…but maybe pon. You should take a propagation of your Peperomia and experiment with that. Then let us know what happens.

Yup, my thought exactly. We will see! The plant I’m testing it with was already at a point of not having many leaves, so kinda perfect to test with. It had some root rot about a year ago in which i saved it from dying by putting (before I knew better) into mixed succulent soil which had a fair amount of small rocks in it. So it was already kinda used to a similar substrate.
They certainly do not like to be repotted tho! The wilt and shock may have done it in… but it might come back strong better is what i’m hoping. 🤞🏻
