Yes, looks like sunburn. Cut the dying leaves back, it should be fine. If you’re wanting to move it to a sunnier spot just make sure you acclimate it slowly.

My money tree was like that when it got too much light and lost most leaves. It’s now on a north facing patio (with overhang) and completely bounced back!

Okay noted, I’m going to figure out where I can move it. This is the plant I love the most 🥲 (don’t tell the other plants 💀)
