This donkey tail is looking a little anemic. I repotted and added 1/3 orchid mix and 2/3 cactus/succulent soil. Should I also water more often?

it looks ok to me! look at the new growth: it looks healthy and normal. plants will never shrink after stretching out though, and it looks like maybe you had some low light this winter. maybe put it in a brighter spot to encourage more compact, bushy growth?

Thanks! It was a dark winter, for sure. Light wise, it’s in a south facing window. Not sure it gets much brighter than that!

You can also supplement with grow lights. That’s what I do during winter.

Local nurseries, amazon, etsy, etc.
