does anyone know what’s up with my rex begonia propagation? it grew this weird thing in the center and i don’t know what it is.

Yes thats how it makes new babies! Those will become new leaves and the mother leaf will slowly die off.

uh oh, it’s just a propagation! it doesn’t have any roots yet! the mother leaf can’t die off!

It will die off when it’s ready leaving the stem and new growth when you see the mother leaf wilting you can simply leave it or cut off the brown spots, it will be okay it means it’s working 😍
