HELP! Started bonsai ‘Royal Poinciana’ from seed \& is no longer green and has lost all its color…..Does anyone know what to do to bring this seedling back to LIFE

This doesn’t look like my royal poinciana. This looks more the the mountain spruce I had. It didn’t survive either but my royal is doing great.
