Looks exactly like my American Rubber Plant! That’s what it said on the tag, and how I’ve treated it for the past year or so, and it’s doing great, but it doesn’t look like any online pictures with the circular leaves. Interested to see if people say it’s something different!

Thinking its a sort of peperomia plant based on the shape of the new growth coming in. Couldve gotten leggy if it wasn’t getting enough light/nutrients.
