Does anyone know what this plant is? I got it for free and it didn’t come with a tag or anything on it.

It appears to be a Peperomia obtusifolia is commonly known as the American rubber plant. I have one that is about 1.5’ tall.

Thank you!! Funny enough I have a more grown rubber plant already but I didn’t know they looked like this as a baby

I would recommend the app/website PlantNet, I use it to identify my unknown plant types.

Looks like a variegated American rubber plant aka a variegated ficus.

they are not ficuses, they are “baby rubber” plants because they look like them but they are actually pepperomias.
