Hello! I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my lavender tree:(. It is on a southwest facing covered balcony. I suspect over or under watering but not sure which. Can someone help?

If you just got it, it could be maybe shock…? If it was in a store or greenhouse and now outside with lots of varied weather.
