Should I cut off the leaves if this aloe? It was over water and I have repotted it. Not sure about the leaves though. Thank for the tips.

What did the roots look like when you repotted it? I’d definitely cut the brown leaves off but I’m worried about how the roots look with this much brown

Also did you water it once you repotted it the dirt looks damp and these don’t like being constantly wet

Trim the brown leaves as close to the base as possible. Having leaves takes energy, and if those are dying, its best to relieve the plant of dead burdens.

Thanks for giving this little guy a second chance! Those center leaves look strong! Aloe is a succulent, so make sure that soil is loose and drains well (it looks a little packed into the pot). Glad you figured out what had this little guy stressed out.
