# Hi. Wondering if I could get some advice in regards to my bamboo…

Hi. Wondering if I could get some advice in regards to my bamboo plant. It’s in water in a ceramic vase with rocks in bottom. My question is: what size planter should I use for the root system and are rocks to stabilize acceptable. Thanks I ended up switching from green to glass vase

You want a taller vase for bamboo. Something that if can fill with rocks and put the bamboo in but have the bamboo suspended at least an inch from the bottom. :)

So this is the best I could do on the fly, but I kind of like it! Ugh can’t add pic.
