It looks like they are lacking light. How much light do they get?

Yes to this. Also, if the light is too far away physically (as in the case of some grow lights), they’ll get this leggyness. I’d move them closer to the light if possible. Also, those containers dry out really quick, so make sure you’re watering and misting as needed.
