Looks like it might need to be repotted. That’s a lot of plant. Probably tons of roots in a fairly small pot.

It needs to get repotted and you can remove all the dead leaves 🙂 but also note that leave’s doesn’t last forever so it’s normal for the plant to loose some leaves while it ages.

WOW. That’s a big baby. Myself I would split and repot. While doing so cut all side shoots and plant those babies. Now you can share with friends.

I like what Nil@night99 said. That definitely needs to be split and potted in 2 separate pots. You can cut off any babies and put them in water to root once rooted you can share them with anyone you’d like.
