does anyone know of any good hanging plants that are easy to take care of? i’ve been looking for one for my corner.

Any kind of pothos or heart leaf philodendron ! They are very easy to take care of and look beautiful.  
Strings of things also look quite nice but they aren’t as forgiving.

How much light does that area get? Pothos, spider plants, and some philodendrons or trandescantia are all pretty easy and good growers.

Pothos - so many varietals that you could get very unique looks with just Pothos
