I purchased some grow bulbs for my light fixtures in a room with no windows. If I put the frosted glass cover back on over the bulbs, will my plants still benefit from the light?

Pretty sure it will impact the light strength…you might want to check it with a light meter.

Yes, it will decrease the effect from your grow light bulbs. I would recommend that you use them without the frosted glass if possible 😄
