Hello!

Does it look like my orchid is getting too little light, based on the leaf color?

I have a western facing window but the orchid hangs just around the corner (see included diagram, yellow being window and green dot being where plant hands, ~ 3 feet from window)

I’ve only really experience with Phalaenopsis orchids that get extra light, they tend to show shades of red/purple-ish. It’s tricky to say because I know some plants get yellow or very light when they get too much sun and others green up entirely! Haha
I guess my question would be if it has flowered in that spot before? How long has it been in that spot?

It was flowering when I purchased it, about a year ago. Hasn’t bloomed since! It has been in this spot the whole time

I haven’t done a great job of super consistently watering or fertilizing either - essentially, trying to get back on track and not wanting to start with bad light!

I’d guess being around the corner like that will be a little low on light. I have two Phalaenopsis that I had against a north wall near a west window, both bloomed again multiple times in the first year having them. As long as you don’t leave them in direct sunlight for a long time, they thrive there. I gave them the last 30 mins of light before sunset with the window shades open (didn’t worry if they got a little direct light during that time) and that seemed to work well. Early on I had the windows open more and one of them got a little sunburned, just pay attention to them and you should see if that is starting.

I also give them a little liquid fertilizer every time I water so that could do the trick as well.

Good luck!
