Help! This fella seems to be shedding loads of leafs lately. What can I do to help it out?

So is mine! I don’t know :/ I think maybe it’s doing that to grow new leaves?

I would say stake it, let the soil dry out, then water it, then mist it every few days when it’s not cold.
