# Hey guys I really need your help, I got this Sago Palm last summer.…

Hey guys I really need your help, I got this Sago Palm last summer. When I got it its leaves were firm and sturdy and it was a night dark green. Now the leaves are curling on themselves and losing there color. What am I doing wronge? And how can I bring it back?

possibly to much water, how much are you watering it?

From the research Iv done I’m either watering it to much or not enough. I can’t seem to find the right amount to water it.

I see you have a grow light over it but the recommended light says shade. You might be giving it too much “sun” with the grow light.

Maybe, I also had it in a shaded/sunny window. But the app was telling me it wasn’t getting enough sun and I should get a light if there wasn’t a better spot.

I’m no expert but in my neck of the woods Sago palms grow in direct light. Hot, humid, direct light. I’m in zone 9. My hunch is it needs a bigger pot.
