First, this Jessenia pothos that I recently chopped \& propped is putting out these stellar half moon leaves. She’s never done that before. The philodendron red heart is amazing and my favorite. Have you had it for long? It’s on my wish list and I’ve been looking everywhere for one with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. #### Mads replied on 2026-06-09 I’ve had it for a little over a year I think… I found it at a local greenhouse (I’m in PA). I’m glad to see the red heart has a fan - I think they’re totally underrated! They had a moment and then disappeared. I got it in December, not knowing it had thrips, and it stopped growing after I got the thrip situation under control. Once it started warming up, I’m in Houston, I stuck it outside and new shoots started forming. I noticed a leaf last week and this is where we are today. I took too long getting it out of the nursery’s soil and (when combined with an ill timed hospital field trip that took a week and a half) the new leaf coming in rotted off.
