What's this orange stuff? The plant is thriving and grew 4 inches in a month or so, but the soil is looking like this and it didnt before. Anything i should fix?

It’s just mineral build up from watering it. It’s normal and the plant will be fine

This can happen from minerals in the water and/or fertilizer build up. You can just stir the dirt up if you dont like looking at it.
