This is a Gasteria succulent. This plant is an intergeneric hybrid resulting from a cross between Gasteria and Aloe species.

It’s a gasteraloe flow. I have two. They turn a deep burgundy when given abundance of light. The large one is under a very strong grow light.

I believe it only colors up along the edges and not the deep burgundy.
