Can anyone help me identify this plant? The Planta app can't recognize it correctly and thinks it's a "Ghost Plant." I asked ChatGPT and it said it's a "Tree Aeonium."

it looks too green to be a ghost plant in my opinion

aeonium usually have serrated edges and a woody stem up until right below the new growth. to me, this looks like an “etoliated” echeveria, which means it stretched upwards to receive more light. if you want it to grow more compact, put it in a very bright spot and chop the long stem off, babies will sprout from the center
