Help!!! So I just recently got a Alocasia ‘Silver Dragon’ and I noticed today she started drooping.🥲 Just yesterday she was all perky and excited to be here and now she look like the second pic. When I did get her she did not have any critters or bugs in or on her. I do have cats and she was chewed on a little bit but not enough to kill her. I made sure she was put up higher so that she was out of reach for them. helppp please. 😢

Is the soil dry?

No, it is moist! I watered it when I repotted her. I also let her drain.

Alocasias are extremely notoriously dramatic especially when they're in different conditions so I'd probs just check on her and make sure she gets ample light, maybe check roots but I'm not the alocasia guy lol

I’ve never had a ‘Silver Dragon’, but I’d bet it’s just stressed about the change in location. Probably best to leave her be.

Does your pot have drainage? I have a pot that looks similar and it hold water at the bottom. Might help?
