Anyone know what type of cactus this is? It just sprouted up in my yard (only the length of a finger) would love to identify it so I can take care of it properly. The plant identifier claims it’s a Cow’s Tongue prickly pear, but I’m not sure that’s correct

i found some similar cactus at my grandmas house, theyre potted now. They like as much sun as u can possibly give them, i keep them outside so they get natural rainwater, i only supplement them with water once the cactus starts looking a little wrinkly or dehydrated. Ive tried to identify them and have made posts but to no avail, lmk if u get any id's!
