my Yucca gigantea leaves keep browning, drying up and dying. I've kept to it's watering, feeding and sunlight schedule also changed them up a little bit to see if any will help but it keeps happening. it's still growing new leaves. does anyone know what's happening or if there's anything I can do to help it?

My MIL gave me her corn plant that was in bad shape and the only thing I could do to help it was trim the dead leaves and water with filtered water only. But that’s my only experience with these types of plants

They like super bright light but not direct sun, bottom leaves turn brown as they mature ok to trim but look for dusty residue, they are notorious for getting powdery mildew which is a treatable but contagious fungus on indoor plants.
