That’s when she gave me this plant. Everyone is the office was like “ooh a money tree! Nice” and I learned today that it’s not just a phrase they were using. The plants actual name is money tree…So I found this app and have decided to join the community on plant stuff. I really need the help because someone thought it would be a good idea to give me a life to take care of….i hope Greg (the plant) and I both flourish on this journey of growth together…or one of us is gonna die. ![Vedhæftet fil 1 af 1](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/MxZdKJ1C5OfElQk-0vxfH3_YrlOLSIEwddBJUM-YjYw/z0U3hfjiQ8uS7Bn7g_2qgg.webp?size=large) ## 21 kommentarer ### jedijae kommenterede den 2024-04-08 Money trees are so pretty, but I manage to kill them every time because of how finicky they are. #### Beat2827 svarede den 2024-04-08 I feel as though Greg may be stubborn like me. ### RoseRed kommenterede den 2024-04-08 Congratulations! May your money tree bring you more money than mine has brought me. #### Beat2827 svarede den 2024-04-08 Gonna have put Greg to work! #### RoseRed svarede den 2024-04-08 Good idea, maybe I’ll do the same. I have far too many free loading plants loafing about. ### Ma G kommenterede den 2024-04-08 Ha! You may have rose d all your money just to keep this plant alive. ( joking) I had two money trees that someone gave me that I tried to bring back to like without luck. May your money tree thrive. But no plant can give us money blessings. Word! 🤣 #### Beat2827 svarede den 2024-04-08 We can always try! 😉 ### Dee kommenterede den 2024-04-08 when you repot it, look for tape. they usually wrap it up tight, so remove it as it might end up choking it. #### Beat2827 svarede den 2024-04-08 Didn’t know that! Thanks for the advice! ### Harvester.3000 kommenterede den 2024-04-08 Let me Greg in a nice sunny spot let the soil basically dry out completely and then always water throughly and Greg honestly should thrive🙂‍↕️ #### Beat2827 svarede den 2024-04-08 Will do! Are the tips the app gives useful? #### Amy svarede den 2024-04-08 Yes! My house is where all plants came to die. Then it was a roll of the dice. Now they all stand a good shot thanks to the app. I’m on my second repots in some cases! I do use best judgement sometimes. Like, I don’t water my Zig Zag plant NEAR as often as the app says to but I’ve learned to check moisture levels in the soil first. Most of the other advice I find to be accurate. ### Harvester.3000 kommenterede den 2024-04-08 Yes I think so but YouTube and TikTok will help a lot more I feel like cause they go in depth without having to buy premium.. #### Beat2827 svarede den 2024-04-08 Thanks for the insight! I’ll keep my eyes open! #### Harvester.3000 svarede den 2024-04-08 Ofcc I love giving out my lil advice🫶🏾 ### Kennytheplantgal kommenterede den 2024-04-08 😂😂😂😂 ### Jes kommenterede den 2024-04-09 I’ve had one for months and haven’t managed to kill it yet. Don’t overwater and Greg will be just fine! ### SadeB kommenterede den 2024-04-09 Lol. I heard they’re not too hard to take care of. Never had one but I wanna get one soon. #### Beat2827 svarede den 2024-04-10 Next on the list! ### SadeB kommenterede den 2024-04-10 Definitely on my wishlist!
