Help!!! 😭 I ordered these two begonias off Palmstreet and this is how they showed up! I think they were too wet and it rotted the leaves... Can these be saved? How?? Pics of how they look + how they were SUPPOSED to look.

I would email the seller and ask for a refund. That’s a shame!

The begonia I got didn’t ship well either I have zero hope for it! I think I’ll just buy locally for begonias

So sad 😭 one of the other begonias I got arrived mostly unscathed but these two were a hot mess

I have learned through purchasing about 40 plants off Palmstreet that all shippers are created equal, I have my favorites now! I didn’t know what to expect first but i definitely am a little more picky now

Most of my plants I've received from Palmstreet arrived in amazing condition! This was the first time they showed up like this 😭
