# I got this plant a week ago, it didn’t have a tag but I believe it’s…

I got this plant a week ago, it didn’t have a tag but I believe it’s a Dieffenbachia ‘Summer Style', after maybe 2 days on my porch with my other plans it began to droop. I first thought it was getting too much sun, so I moved it inside for another two days where it didn’t improve. I repotted it to check out the roots which seemed fine. It’s been watered, but it won’t get any better. I’m not sure what else to do.  
Any advice or information on this plant would be greatly appreciated.

It may just be stressed from sitting outside was it hot may have been too much

I would suggest just watch it for a week or so, don’t water it, make sure you don’t see in pest of course then just let it be.. I bet it might not liked the outside conditions

I have the same plant. Make sure you’re using the correct soil since you just repotted, but it likes slightly moist soil and pulls a lot of water from it. Mine droops when it’s under watered. Make sure you’re allowing the soil to dry out between watering, but if the soil is cracking or dry to the touch water thoroughly. Make sure your pot has drainage at the bottom and water until the water leaks out and then stop.
