# This guy is growing two flowers! I haven’t done much research on this…

This guy is growing two flowers! I haven’t done much research on this plant..so I honestly had no idea it had flowers lol🤣 but now the bottom leaves are starting to droop and die off. Is this normal?

I would cut off the flowers to help preserve energy for the rest of the plant. The bottom leaf could be suffering from the flowers

What could happen if I don’t? I’d prefer not to cut the flowers

Is the droopy leaf new or an older leaf

In my experience it slows down the growth of the plant and the older leaves die faster than normal. I only have a few plants that I let flower. Totally up to each plant parent and what they want to do!
