Maybe you overwatered it.

maybe it’s not getting enough sun?

You could try giving some silica. Lighting can cause some issues with plant growth too. Ie the lighting is causing bolting so the petiole are too flimsy to support the leaf

Where would I buy silica?

Amazon, hardware store, garden store. This is the one I usually use
