New to plants … I have some succulents and plants I have placed in my office at work. It has no windows so I put up some grow lights. I also leave my office light (LED) on all the time.

Do I need to ration the lighting with timers or am I fine to continue what I am doing?

Plants need a dark cycle for optimum health. Many plants do well with 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness but you might want to find out the area of origin for your plants to see what is optimal for them.

The quality of light also matters. Consider getting a grow light or full-spectrum light on a timer you can control.

Which succulents?

(Agree with the comment on 12 hours ^^)
