She’s lost all her middle leaves now and. I just don’t know what to do with her, she gets bright indirect sun light and is watered every 9/10 days

Slow down on the watering maybe and also did u check for rot root or pest?

Hard to tell but a few thoughts:

I agree that it’s a good idea to look for pests, especially if you’ve brought home any new plants recently.

What kind of potting medium is she in? It’s probably not the cause if she’s been in the same soil for a year, but they like a very chunky/airy soil. Root rot can definitely sneak up on you if in denser soil. At the very least I’d consider letting her dry out a good bit and then watering with a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water.

Any recent change in care or conditions? New fertilizer/water source/location?

Any chance she’s nutrient-deficient?

It looks like there’s new growth coming in so I don’t think she’s critically ill but it’s good you’re on top of it.

She’s in ninja soil monstera mix her roots are lovely and white so they are super healthy I did change her location because I thought she might be getting to much sun in the spot she was in
