Hi everyone! Anyone know what kind of plant this is? We’re looking to propagate and aren’t sure if this plant will work well with a leaf propagation. TIA!

Some kind of dieffenbachia. Not an expert with them by any means, but I believe you need a node for it to grow or else it will either die off or potentially make a zombie cutting possibly? ¿ I've done it with monstera once at least. I think it's worth looking into. I saw a video where someone cut between each of those little joints and they each created one new plant. Very cool.

Yeah looks like some kind of diffenbachia. You have to have a node to propagate a node is the bump where a leaf grows you can cut it let it callous for a few hours and put in water
